We make returns simple, so you can shop with peace of mind

CAN I RETURN or EXCHANGE LINGERIE?

We want you to love your lingerie, but we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as simple and stress-free as possible!

If you’re not completely satisfied with our purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Just make sure the items are, not worn or used in anyway in accordance with health and hygiene regulations, unworn and unwashed (you can try them on over your own lingerie to check the fit).

Items must be returned in their original condition complete with their transport bags. Free from any marks, stains, or signs of wear. Start your return by visiting our Check in a Return portal at the bottom of this page and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Need your replacement quickly? No problem. We offer an Instant Exchange service: by placing a temporary hold on your credit or debit card, we can dispatch your replacement the very same working day (for returns processed before 2pm), while your original item is on its way back to us.

MY ORDER APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED

We take great care in packing and preparing your items, but we understand that occasional damage may occur during transit. If you receive an item that appears to be damaged during transport we are here to assist, check in a return through our returns portal, and upload photographs of the packaging prior to opening showing the transport damage, our standard policies above apply.

I’VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS WITH MY ORDER

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect item! To help amend this issue, please Check in a Return and we’ll get the correct item out to you asap, once verified and were in receipt of the wrong item we’ll dispatch the correct item.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We’re committed to processing your return and refund as quickly as possible. However, it may take up to 14 days from the date you send your item(s) back to our warehouse for your refund to be completed.

If your refund hasn’t been processed after 21 days, don’t worry just reach out to us with proof of postage from your Shipper, and we’ll be happy to investigate for you!

WHERE DO I DROP OFF MY RETURN?

It’s simple – we use DPD courier services for returns. All you need to do is check in your return, print the label, and drop off your package at a DPD location. You can click here to find the nearest drop-off point.

HOSIERY & STOCKINGS

Unfortunately, For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on stockings and hosiery.

GIFT CARDS

We do not accept returns on Gift Cards.
